Seldom Creek duck eggs are jumbo+ size with super colorful yolks. They can be used the same way as chicken eggs. They take baked goods to the next level (more egg white means more structure and lift) and they may be a good alternative for people who are allergic to chicken eggs (different type and amount of protein than chicken eggs). They have almost twice the omega-3 content as chicken eggs! Our ducks hardly eat any of the non-GMO feed we provide, preferring to wild forage what they need in the creek, pond, and marshy areas on our property. Duck eggs are available at the roadside stand for $4 per half dozen.

In the spring, we tap maple trees, boil the sap, and bottle delicious maple syrup straight from the woods of Ada and Cannon Townships (on our property and our parents' property). Jon the part-time lumberjack splits wood to feed our custom barrel-stove evaporator. We have 8.5 oz or 12 oz bottles available while supplies last ($8 or $11).
